Firm Registration Task Force
The mission of the Firm Registration Task Force is to:
- Confirm the Board's current authorities for firm oversight
- Evaluate examples of consumer harm caused by firms
- Identify methodologies to protect consumers from allegations of firm misconduct
- Recommend a position to the Board on firm oversight
